Pastor Jonathan McReynolds

Overseer McReynolds is a graduate of Paducah Tighlman High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the Historic Wilberforce University. He is a graduate of Harvard University Divinity School, Executive Studies program with a concentration in Church-Based Economic and Community Development. Currently he is matriculating at the United Theological Seminary one of the most renowned seminaries in the country, studying toward a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in African-American and Black Studies.

Overseer McReynolds is married to the former Princess Brown. He is the father of four children, three sons and one daughter. He is a legacy preacher as a fourth generation clergy within his family.

Overseer McReynolds was licensed (1991) and ordained (1992) into the ministry by the Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church of Paducah, Kentucky, where his grandfather Dr. W.G. Harvey Sr. serves as the pastor. He served in various district positions while in Kentucky. While facilitating ministry in Ohio Overseer McReynolds is currently serving the Eastern Union Missionary Baptist Association as First Vice-Moderator. He has also has served the Ohio Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International as State Director of the Pastor’s Conference and currently serving as District Overseer of Columbus, Ohio and Vicinity.

Overseer McReynolds has engaged in the community by serving on various community boards and political initiatives. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his community involvement.

Overseer McReynolds has been blessed to serve as the Pastor of the Little Union Missionary Baptist Church of Bandana, Kentucky and the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe, Ohio. Currently he is serving as the Senior Pastor of the Oakley Full Gospel Baptist Church. The Oakley Full Gospel Baptist Church is one of the oldest Baptist Congregations within the city of Columbus, Ohio.
